Had a FANTASTIC same day experience with Silverback. My washing machine wasn’t draining recently, and I went to pull the filter and the water that came out should have gone down the laundry room drain and it didn’t, backed up immediately. I tried to snake it myself, as well as a few other attempts, no luck. I put off calling a plumber until today, and I called at 4:45pm someone was at my house by 5:30pm (I would have been fine with another day but they were willing!) they had to use a few different tools to get it dislodged but eventually got there and even showed me it was indeed draining now. I had asked a ballpark over the phone for price and it ended up being a little LESS than what they told me. Excellent way of doing business. I’ve used other plumbers in the area, but these guys will be my go-to from now on!
Silverback came recommended from a friend who had been through multiple plumbers who couldn’t find a leaking problem. We used silverback a few times now and they have been amazing! . They do great work, they are thorough and on time with straight forward pricing and very responsive . They know their stuff and they get it done RIGHT the FIRST time. These guys are great and we are so glad we have found them! You will regret NOT using them . Learn from our mistakes and get it done by people who stand by their work. Can’t say enough good things about them .

I reached out to nick about an issue I was having with my main sewer line. Kyle came out and fixed the problem quick without issue. they also noticed a leak in my main water line and offered to fix it for a very fair price. I always try to support local businesses and I’m glad I did.

I have had poor luck with plumbers and have gotten a few who I felt were overcharging me - and not doing a great job. Then I had a drain line in my wall start to leak. I took off the drywall myself and found two leaks at the joint. I did not want to use one of the previous plumbers so I went to the local Standard Plumbing and asked for recommendations. They gave me a small stack of cards. I like the name of Silverback Plumbing so I gave them a call. I got a voice service and I did not leave a message. Instead I decided I would do some better research. But a few minutes later the owner, Nick Leany, called me back. I ended up sending him a photo of the problem and he gave me a guesstimate and told me his team could be over in an hour. I considered the price to be fair and I wanted to be able to use my kitchen again. I agreed. The team came over, did a few contortions to get behind a wall and had the new pipe installed in about 20 minutes. We spent more time waiting for the sealant to dry and to test for leaks then was spent on the repairs. The total cost was right in the middle of the guesstimate. The install team was pleasant, courteous, clean, and did a good job. I will be reaching out to Silverback Plumbing the next time I have the misfortune of needing more plumbing repairs.
Called Silverback plumbing after trying to fix my reverse osmosis faucet, and my kitchen faucet on my own with a big fail. They fixed the everything. It’s nice to be able to call a knowledgeable and experienced professional. Thanks for being there.
Nick and his team are amazing! We had to have the water main pipe replaced to our house. They were quick to respond and resolve the issue. They had multiple options with advice on the best one to choose from to maintain our budget while also addressing the issue.

Nick was great to work with: I provided the parts and he provided the expertise. Aside from some Moen shower fixtures being replaced in 2 of 5 bathrooms, he removed the old Franke Little Butler system at my kitchen sink and installed my new Aquasana 3-Stage Max Flow Claryum Under Sink Water Filter System. It’s hard to find a reliable and honest Plumber—so thanks Nick!

Nick and Pierce took my call early Friday morning and we’re out that same day. They tackled a tough problem of cranking on some old galvanized pipe and hooked up a supply line to my washing machine. They worked quickly and professionally, tackled the problem, and we’re out within an hour.

Silverback Plumbing is awesome. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. Our water heater died on Sunday night, I messaged them on Monday morning and by noon on the same day they were working on the fix. They responded immediately to us and were courteous and straightforward about our options. By dinner time we had hot water. They did quality work with quality brands. Very professional.

Nick was amazing! He diagnosed what was wrong with my water heater and gave us pros and cons for replacing or fixing. He showed up on time and was very professional. He seemed really knowledgeable and was more affordable than others I had gotten quotes from. I'll definitely call him in the future for all of my plumbing needs!
Great service! He helped me understand the root of the problem and how to prevent it. I had a leak in my AC unit and while heater/cooler isn’t his expertise, he still did his best to figure out the issue, fix it up, and show my what I could do about it.

I met Silverback Plumbing on a job I was doing a few months ago. I watched Nick and his crew work their magic for three days on a remodel. I thought to myself if I ever need a plumber I’m calling Nick. A few months later I needed a plumber to determine where a leak was coming from in the kitchen of our rental property. Nick came out within a few days and quickly determined the problem. The leak was coming from the dishwasher. He took videos of the problem and explained what was going on. He replaced the dishwasher for us and did amazing work. He even fixed issues from a previous plumber. I have had other plumbers in the past that have ripped me off and didn’t fix the problem. This service was very reasonable and I will be calling Silverback Plumber in the future. Highly recommend!
Excellent service at an unbeatable price! I reached out to Nick late Monday morning about replacing a cracked composite sink. Just 30 minutes later, Kyle called to assess the situation. After taking measurements and making a few calls, he discovered that the sink wouldn’t be available until Wednesday. However, within the hour, Kyle had tracked down a replacement and was on his way to install it. After allowing the under-mount sink to cure overnight, Kyle was back Tuesday at 9 am to finalize the connections. Silverback Plumbing’s communication and responsiveness was incredible. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Huge thanks to Nick and Kyle!

Our water-main broke and the basement was flooded early on a Saturday morning. Not only did Nick, knowing how devastating this could be, rushed to our house and jumped right in! He took care of everything from shutting off the water to calling blue stakes and arranging for evacuation and work to begin on Monday. Silverback Plumbing did an amazing job with a fair price! Someone was at my house to address the issue within hours of making the request and resolved my problem quickly and effectively.
