A drip under the sink is one of those things that's easy to ignore. Out of sight, out of mind - until you open the cabinet one day and find water damage, warped wood, or worse, mold starting to grow. That's exactly the kind of situation we were dealing with here.

The old drain assembly was corroded and leaking at the connections. The supply valves weren't in great shape either. Years of buildup and wear had taken their toll, and the whole setup under this sink was overdue for attention. This is exactly what our leak detection process is designed to catch - not just the obvious drip, but every point in the line that's at risk.

We pulled out the old corroded drain hardware and leaking valves and replaced everything with clean, properly fitted components. Fresh braided supply lines, a new PVC drain assembly with solid connections, and shut-off valves that actually work. Everything seated correctly, no makeshift fixes.

The thing about small leaks is that they don't stay small. Water finds its way into places you can't see, and by the time you notice real damage, the repair bill is a lot bigger than it would have been. Getting ahead of it early is always the smarter call.

This kind of under-sink plumbing work is a big part of what we do - identifying what's failing, fixing it properly, and making sure the whole system is solid before we leave. If you've got a slow drip or a valve that looks suspect, it's worth having someone take a look before it becomes something bigger.
