A bad closet flange is one of those problems that looks small but causes real damage if you ignore it. A worn-out or broken flange means your toilet has nothing solid to anchor to - and over time, that leads to rocking, slow leaks, and eventually rotted subfloor. By the time most people call us, the damage has already spread further than it needed to.

Here's what we were working with on this one - a deteriorated flange that was corroded, broken down, and no longer doing its job. The old flange was sitting flush against exposed subfloor with zero structural integrity left. Not something you can just caulk over and hope for the best.

We swapped it out with a new Sioux Chief TKO closet flange - a quality replacement that screws directly into the subfloor and gives the toilet a clean, secure mount point. The fit is tight, the seal is solid, and everything is set up correctly for the toilet to go back on without any wobble or gap at the base.

This kind of repair matters because a leaking toilet base isn't just an annoyance - it's actively soaking into your subfloor every time you flush. We've seen jobs where a small flange issue turned into a full subfloor replacement because it was left too long. Getting ahead of it is always the cheaper move.

We handle everything from simple flange repairs to full toilet installation and replacement. If your toilet has been rocking, leaking at the base, or just feels unstable, that's usually the first sign the flange needs attention. It's a straightforward fix when caught early.
